a) Tango Call Center
Our Do Not Call Registry compliant Call Center is a toolbar that interacts with GoldMine to help you perform the daily auto industry specific tasks. From completing calls, printing letters, envelopes and cards, reassigning the customers from salespeople who have left, producing mass mailings and emailings, recording and tracking complaints, recording customers'wishes, tracking appointments, and recording conversation through scripts, Tango Call Center will direct you through simple step-by-step procedures.

c) ETango
Use eTango to automatically receive your Internet leads from the lead providers you subscribe from. ETango will receive the lead and automatically create a prospect record (if not already in the database) and will then start dispatching the lead to Internet Salespeople. Each salesperson gets a notification and has 10 seconds to take the lead before it is forwarded to the next salesperson. ETango even offers escalation templates to inform management if a lead has been sitting unattended in dispatch for too long. Here are the lead providers currently being supported:

d) Tango Workplan Builder
The most interesting part of our Tango system is its ability to schedule reminders based on any combination of any field in our database, but also by calculating multiple occurrences (or lack thereof) of past completed activities such as calls, letters and emails, but also service visits, complaints, scripts, events, etc… Using our workplan builder, we can spot people who were not in for a specific period (ex: past 9 monhts), or people with maturing leases, or people with out of warranty vehicles who just spent a fortune in your service department.
Workplan builder is smart enough not to send too many letters or emails, or make too many calls to a customer, based on specific rules.
e) Tango DMS Link
Our DMS link will ensure that all of your customersdata is automatically updated in Tango. Information on customers, vehicles, service, deals, inventory, etc… is updated automatically on a daily basis. And Tango CallCenter will assist you in the merge process, to match delivered customers and sold prospects. Tango DMS link runs in the background early in the morning. This means it will not require any attention and will not bother your personnel.
f) IP Tango
IPTango was designed for salespeople. It is a simplified interface that will let salespeople access their workplan over the Internet. With IPTango, your salespeople will be able to complete their pending calls and send emails, from anywhere. It is fast and secure, and it updates your Tango database in real time.
